I recently relocated to the area and had been a little stressed about finding a good mechanic. I was very pleased to be able to get in right away with Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Evergreen Way. The Service Department took great care of me. It was a pleasant experience, and I feel I can trust them with all of my car maintenance needs.

The service department is great and I never have any issues with getting my truck professionally cared for.

Efficient, friendly and fair. My car was moved right into Que. They washed my car door windows, vacuumed the front passenger wells, covered the floors and front seat with protective paper covers, gave us 2 coupons for Lattes, coupon for free car wash and a pleasant demeanor. Great!

Love the car. Deal went smoothly. Free coffee / drinks / snacks at the in-house cafe which was a very nice touch.

The sales person was very helpful in ordering the new truck in explaining all the different options. After the order was placed he kept us up to date as to where the truck was in the production process. When picking up the truck he went through several of the features of the truck before we left the dealership.


The Folks here are helpful and courteous. BUT! I took my RAM 1500 in for the Tail Gate Recall I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and was told that the procedure would take approximately 20 minutes. I took my free coffee to the waiting area and sat down. TWO HOURS later I inquired as to the status of my vehicle. Withing five minutes my truck arrived at the customer pick up area and no real explanation of the delay was offered. I think that had I not inquired I may still be sitting there waiting!

I turned up without an appointment to get a possible oil leak checked out, they squeezed me in almost immediately as it was just a quick look not a full service. Determined that there was an issue, but I need to schedule an appointment for that. Put my mind at rest at the time, will follow up with an appointment later.

Riley and Leslie are so great to work with buying a car. They make you feel so comfortable when making a big investment. I have a family member who suggested a different dealership I wouldn't even consider it this is my 3rd car I purchase from Dwayne Lane. I always feel at home going in for service and anything else and the coffee bar is wonderful!

Was in for a Jeep Wave oil change. The vehicle was promptly taken in for inspection and the oil change with update messages sent to my phone. This vehicle has limited production numbers and also had a late model year oil pan change which can make it easy to fill with the incorrect quantity of oil (which has occurred elsewhere). The DLCJD service department receives kudos for attention to detail and getting it right. Looking forward to my next visit.

We've been Dwayne Lane customers for over 30 years and continue to be impressed by the customer service.

Took my jeep in to get the locker replaced under warranty. I was a bit worried it wouldn't be covered because I lifted the jeep. They didn't car and replaced the rear locker under warranty.


your intake person was awesome and explained what was happening and that it might be a couple of minutes until I could see the go-to guy that Saturday morning



I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change & tire rotation. The check in process was quick and while they offered a couple of additional services for me to consider, there was no "hard sale" on them. I was 3rd in line for the oil change and I was out of there in under an hour. Great, friendly staff.

Brandon Kruse had managed Engine light misfire diagnosis appointment in December and fulfilled with excellent service on 1/10/23. Completed 1/11/23. Provided excellent shuttle service with Lee to my home 1/10/23 and back to dealership on 1/11/23. My relationship with Dwayne Lanes remains great and I would recommend to anyone looking for a courteous and trustworthy dealership. Suggestion for techs.... Stopped by for an oil change without scheduling an appointment. There were a few customers in front of me, but the wait wasn't too long. So happy to get this done on my day off work.

When I pulled in for an oil change, the line was long and I expected to be there quite a while. I got my free hot chocolate and settled in. They surprised me by finishing in under an hour, and not only changed my oil but rotated my tires and did a complete check of my vehicle. Nice work!
