We recently had our Jeep Liberty (originally purchased From Dwayne Lane's) serviced. Megan handled the scheduling and kept us well informed. Ken B. did all of the service meticulously. Additionally, he made recommendations for possible concerns that we may have in the future. We are, as always, highly satisfied with the quality of service that we have received.
The work was done quickly and everyone was very nice. The only problem occurred when I picked up my car after it was finished. The parking crew put a car or cars in from of mine that would not start and it took them over an hour to move the cars to get mine out. That was not acceptable and that situation should be rectified!
Got an oil change yesterday afternoon, the gentleman at the front entrance that takes care of the paperwork was awesome! I don’t remember his name.
Very little waiting and met expectations. Very friendly and helpful folks. They have a good location that is convenient to me and makes it easy to come in.

Service department was friendly and helpful getting us in right away for the oil change we needed. Gave us a call when vehicle was done and got us out in no time flat.
